Weston Nichols is a strategic and results-driven executive with a proven track record of building and leading successful ventures across multiple industries. He currently serves as President of Rivergate Capital Partners and Rivergate Enterprises, where he oversees investment strategy, operational leadership, and business development. He is also a partner in several growing companies, including Advantage Aircraft Services Inc., Paso Arroyo Construction, and Rivergate Lawn and Landscape, contributing executive oversight and strategic direction.

Prior to establishing Rivergate, Mr. Nichols founded and led Aspen Eye Technologies from 2011 to 2023. Under his leadership, the firm provided high-impact strategic planning and marketing solutions to ophthalmic and genetic testing companies, driving product launches, national market expansion, and business growth. Earlier in his career, he spearheaded the Western U.S. expansion of Carpenter Bus, where he built and led a high-performing commercial transportation operation.

Mr. Nichols also brings a strong commitment to community leadership, having served in various nonprofit and faith-based roles. From 2017 to 2023, he served as Lead Pastor of Adult Ministries at Antioch Community Church in Waco, Texas, combining organizational leadership with a heart for service.
