Nick Terry is the Chief Investment Officer and a partner at Rivergate Capital Partners. Nick is also the Managing Partner of Rifle CRE, bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning development, construction, investment, and brokerage. With a background in both public and private sectors, Nick is a trusted advisor to office and industrial property occupiers and owners, helping them make informed, strategic decisions. He has been involved in more than 3 million square feet of real estate projects and consistently delivers strong returns for properties under his management.

Prior to founding Rifle CRE in 2020, Nick held leadership roles at NAI Partners and Caldwell Companies, where he built lasting relationships and deepened his expertise in the Texas real estate market. In addition to his role at Rifle CRE, he co-owns a residential real estate brand and a commercial construction firm focused on office and industrial interiors.

Nick holds several elite industry designations, including SIOR, CCIM, CPM, and MiCP, and maintains a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. His credentials reflect a commitment to professional excellence, ethical standards, and advanced asset management.

Active in his community, Nick serves as a Deacon at United City Church and is a past president of the Houston A&M Club. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he is passionate about leadership, service, and meaningful client relationships.
