Greg McEachern is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience across real estate, construction, aviation, financial technology, and non-profits. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Rivergate Capital Partners and as an executive across the portfolio of Rivergate Companies.

Greg began his career by helping launch Mercy House, a drug rehabilitation facility founded by his local church. Shortly after, he and his wife spent the first two years of their marriage serving a local church in Sheffield, England. Upon returning to the U.S., Greg took on several leadership roles within his family’s software business, eventually becoming President in 2015. Over the next seven years, he led the company through a period of significant growth—both organically and through acquisitions—expanding into managed IT services and outsourced accounting.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Baylor University. Greg has been happily married to Lindsey since 2006.  They have three kids: Addyson, Caleb, and Emma Grace who are involved in various church, school and volunteer activities across Waco.
