Michael is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, where he teaches accounting and business and professional ethics. He previously served as CFO and COO for multiple high-growth public and private companies, and has deep experience raising capital, leading acquisitions, and building strong operational and administrative foundations.  His experience in corporate finance, capital markets, governance, and education brings valuable operational insight to Rivergate’s advisory board.
