David has served as President Emeritus of the National Christian Foundation since 1998. In 2024, the 30,000+ families NCF serves made more than 360,000 grants totaling over $2.6 billion. David holds business and law degrees from Baylor University, a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a graduate degree in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. His experience stewarding billions in philanthropic capital, while championing generosity and legacy planning, provides valuable insight to the Rivergate advisory board.
